GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Once you complete the purchase of your Conference or Workshop (also referred to as the Event) ticket, the rate is considered final and won’t be adjusted later. Also, by completing the purchase of your Event ticket you agree to accept all the following terms and conditions.
  2. Refund of Conference or Workshop the ticket is possible in the following manner:
    • 30 days prior to the Event you can request 100% of the refund.
    • 29 to 10 days before the Event you can request 80% of the refund.
    • 9 to 5 days before the Event you can request 50% of the refund.
    • In later occasions refund of the Event ticket price is not possible however you may request us to change participant name according to clause 3 here in the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
  3. The Event ticket is personal if not agreed with us otherwise. However if there is a request at least 3 days prior to the Event your ticket or tickets are transferable to a person or persons whose first name(s), family name, company name, company postal address, e-mail, and phone number have to be sent to us by e-mail. We also may accept later requests – however, please understand that in this case, we cannot guarantee personalized name tags, handouts, conference notebooks, etc. 
  4. The resale of tickets is prohibited without written agreement with Conscious Initiative OÜ. Conscious Initiative OÜ reserves the right to cancel any Event tickets that have been resold without our permission.
  5. Latecomers may not be admitted to the Event hall until there is a suitable break during the performances. Agreements to enter the Conference or Workshop hall must be made with our staff at the registration table(s).
  6. The Conscious Initiative OÜ may add, withdraw or substitute presenters and/or vary advertised programmers, event locations and event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity by 3 days prior notice.
  7. Venue Owner, as well as Conscious Initiative OÜ, reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
  8. The Events of Conscious Initiative OÜ have no alcohol and no drugs policy. If a person appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs he or she is not admitted to take part in the Event without refund or compensation. However, if there is dinner or late evening additional events after the Conference or Workshop alcohol may be allowed. In this case, each person is responsible for his/her own behavior and Conscious Initiative OÜ cannot be held responsible if anyone misbehaves due to the use of alcohol.
  9. Photography and audio recording are allowed with mobile devices (such as mobile phones, tablets) for personal use and sharing in social media. Video recording for personal use and sharing videos on the Internet are not allowed unless agreed upfront with the Event organizer.
  10. Professional photography and audio or video recording are allowed during the event only if pre-agreed in written form with Conscious Initiative OÜ. Professional photographers and audio or video users attending without a written agreement may be asked to leave the event without any refund.
  11. Conscious Initiative OÜ may video record and take photos of the Events and may release those videos and photos later over the Internet or other channels (such as print media, social media, etc). By accepting these terms and conditions you also accept that you or your team members may appear on those videos and photos. By buying the ticket you give consent that you do not object appearing on our videos or photos and give us the right to use the ticket holder's image in any live or recorded video, photograph or picture. However, we do not use or publish your name or personal details unless you agree to give us your testimonial.
  12. Conscious Initiative OÜ may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the Event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
  13. The Ticket Holder agrees to bring to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and professional recording devices to the Events and agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and professional recording devices.
  14. The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
  15. Purchasers of tickets who are under 18 years of age should seek parental consent before purchasing tickets/merchandise from our website. By transacting on our website, the purchaser certifies that the purchaser is at least 18 years of age or has parental consent for such a transaction and understands and accepts these conditions of use. Bringing children who are younger than 14 years should be agreed with us in advance (children who come to our events should be able to act in the way that is suitable for a business event and it is the responsibility of the parent to secure that).
  16. Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the Conscious Initiative OÜ.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us, in general, we do not sell our conference participants lists or personal details nor do we make those personal details available for others. But if we see that it is necessary for us to provide better service, we might share your registration data or some of this data with other parties to help improve your experience at our Conferences and Workshops.

What information does Conscious Initiative OÜ collect and how we use it?

  1. You may visit our homepage anonymously. We collect information from you only when you register for the Event through our website. When you order tickets to Events, you are asked to enter your name, your company name and addressyour work-related or personal e-mail address and your work-related or personal phone number
  2. The information we collect from you may be used: to personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs); To improve our website; to improve our customer service (your information helps us to send you reminders of the event date and respond more effectively to your feedback); to process transactions; to publish feedback; to send you personal e-mail or newsletters (when you have agreed to receive newsletters), etc.
  3. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company, but it may be given to state officials is there is a rightful legal quest. However, your company name may be published on our homepage as a reference without any additional consent (your personal details - such as your name as an individual, your phone and e-mail will not be published without your consent).
  4. The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc if you have given to us such consent while buying the ticket. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe for receiving future emails, we include unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each newsletter or periodical e-mail.
  5. We take photos and make videos of our events - you may appear on those, we reserve a right to publish those photos without your additional prior consent, see clause 11 in the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
  6. We implement security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.
  7. We do not use cookies to identify you as an individual, however, the third-party applications that we use may do so if you use their services (see: Privacy in case of Third Party Applications that we use on our homepage).

  1. We use the “Custom Audience pixel” of Facebook Inc (1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ) on our website. With its help, we can keep track of what users do after they see or click on a Facebook advertisement. This enables us to monitor the effectiveness of Facebook ads for purposes of statistics and market research. Data collected in this way is anonymous to us, so we cannot see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is saved and processed by Facebook. Facebook can connect this data with your Facebook account and use it in accordance with Facebook’s Data Policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). You can allow Facebook and its partners to place ads on and outside of Facebook and a cookie by Facebook can also be saved on your device for these purposes. You can withdraw your consent from Facebook here: https://www.facebook.com/settings
  2. Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc, (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA). Google Analytics employs cookies that are stored on your computer in order to facilitate analysis of your use of our website. The information generated by these cookies, such as time, place and frequency of your visits to our site, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google’s location in the US and stored there. We do not store or use this data ourselves. The use of Google Analytics on our website employs the extension “anonymizeIp”. In doing so, Google abbreviates and thereby anonymizes your IP address before transferring it from EU/EEA member states. Google uses this information to analyze your use of our site, to compile reports for us on Internet activity and to provide other services relating to our website. Google may transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law or where such third parties process this data on Google’s behalf. However, Google states that it will never associate your IP address with other data held by Google. You can prevent cookies from being installed by adjusting the settings on your browser software. Google Analytics also offers a deactivation add-on for most current browsers that provides you with more control over what data Google can collect on websites you access.
