Klaas-Jan Reincke is the entrepreneur behind Vivic - The Work Design Lab.

Klaas-Jan is from Holland, but he has been living in Estonia since 2002. He built up here in Estonia CPD, Centre for Development that was named Estonia’s most employee-friendly company in 2012. For over 20 years, Klaas-Jan has been analysing a wide variety of organisations in over a dozen countries. He has seen many of them struggle to really engage their people, whose energy is often wasted. He sees that this needs to change.
