Alar makes the majority of his decisions based on intuition. He started out as an entrepreneur in 2003, has worked and lived in Australia (2009) and is the founder of a motivational training company (2010).

Alar has trained tens of thousands of people both in Estonia and Europe and has been awarded the title “Most hospitable trainer in Estonia” (2011).
