Kaur Lass is the moderator of Conscious Initiative Conferences. He has been an active entrepreneur and awareness practitioner for more than 20 years. Kaur currently acts as the Managing Director of Conscious Initiative PLC - a company organizing entrepreneurship and consciousness-related live events and leading the global mental wellness revolution through the e-learning platform Wellness Orbit.

Kaur has studied spatial planning in Sweden and is a well-known visionary and planner. Over the years he has been involved with more than 450 different spatial plans and development plans, among them the valid Estonian National Spatial Plan "Estonia 2030+".
