Ingvar Villido is an awareness teacher and entrepreneur. He has been teaching awareness and consciousness over 25 years. It is his passion, life and work. He is a Babaji’s Kriya Yoga Acharya (Master Teacher), creator of The Art of Conscious Change course series and Human 2.0 educational program, founder of the School of Practical Awareness and Lilleoru Centre.

Ingvar prioritizes practical achievements over the external facade. He runs his own successful training company Human LLC that organizes The Art of Conscious Change courses in many European countries, Russia and the USA. Over the years, more than 15000 people from Estonia and abroad have attended his lectures and courses.
