Irene Metsis is Director of HR Division at G4S Estonia. Irene has been fascinated about people all her professional life. Prior to G4S she has worked as Administration manager at Skanska AS, HR Director at Elion AS and Estonian Energy AS. She has also worked for Estonian government – she acted as Head of Human Resource Department Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications. She was also a long time member of the board at Estonian Association for Personnel Development (PARE from 2008-2012).
